Ridiculous

<p>I took a 2 year contract with Cell C in 2014 and since December 2016 till today May 30 2017 I have been going to different branches to close the contract as I do not want any upgrade but every month I will be told stories and that I will be serving the 30 days notice...its been 5 months now and overlaping to the 6th month and im still paying and the contract is still active, I do not have the sim card even so i have no idea what im still paying for and why it cant be cancelled, sunday I went to Waterfront branch and spoke to Tariq or whatever his name was and he then said my account was in arreas...and just when i wanted to explain to him that i pay everymonth and that cant be the reason...he was rudely on the phone with another client and never said anything to me..bad service i got after I went to Somerset branch and no1 could help me there also</p>
