Ridiculous

Because of the little stunt cellc has caused knowing very well my contract was up to date with payment I still get sent over to vvm I’ve been told multiple stories my calls has been cut I’ve been given invalided email addresses I’ve been told the mangers was going to call me back and the best of all I am blacklisted why because cellc says they cannot see my payment I was told I don’t even know how many times oh send your proof of payment ever since October and I have sent maybe over 20 times but still oh you need to send it blah blah blah now what do I do I’ve been calling up for my paid up letter I get told cellc was meant to get through to vvm cause they have never and cellc is telling me otherwise now you tell me is it fair that I need to get blacklisted for cellc not doing their work correctly
