Rica is a joke for Cell C

Customer service is a joke. I can't even get a existing number on the cell c network on to a new sim card due to the old sim becoming damaged. Phone the customer care number 140 and the claim the sim card must not be registered for rica. I went everywhere and every retail shop refuses to sell my a starter pack without rica. Went to the Cell c store and the staff are outside the shop talking stories and on they cell phones. It seems to me that management is making they own rules for rica. And the fact that i called the centre and refused to help me when i registered my new sim at the store.

I'm so happy that i have no sim and no one can contact me now. Excellent service
