For the second time i rica'd a sim with cell c yet it does not reflect my name. The reason i rica'd a second sim is because i can't acces my first number as it shows another name, not mine. All my accounts are linked to the first number which i personally rica'd in 2014. Then second sim which i rica'd last week shows that the number belongs to Fnb. What's the purpose of rica if it does not show my name ?
