Revolting Service/Vile Consultants

I requested a contract from a cell c on the 12th of April already, I was advised that I should get my phone within 10 working days. after a week a consultant called stating that I have cancelled my request without my knowledge or go ahead. Already I was delayed for five more days. Then on Monday only did I get my subscriber agreement with a commencement date of the 19th of April. To date, I have received my device no communication. Ten today (21-04-21) I call the delivery department only to be connected to a very rude and vile consultant by the name of Mapule who doesn't know what customer service is. Then I'm being told that the device I want is out of stock and they still awaiting an ETA from their warehouse. Mind you I'm the one that's taking time from my schedule to actually contact Cell C. Can you please put your ducks into order and give us the service we require. I actually have a good mind to change network providers
