revolting service from finrite and cell c

<p>my phone was booked for repairs on the 26th of september2016 and then i had to run around and fight the people from finrite who gave me different stories each time i called if not they then would hang up on me or leave me hanging on the line!!!!!!!!!!!!! i handed in my phone at newtown junction branch my case was handled by the lady called mpumi and i then paid the excess fee late so they sent my phone back to the store still not fixed!!! i got and sms to go n collect my phone only to find out the phone was still not repaired..... so clearly they are underestimating me bcoz m way younger than them that time m pay for the ****** insurance as well as the contract every month nut m not take seriously maybe thats just how u seem to work u take people for granted wen they are younger than you!!!!!!! so my phone has been gone for 2 month so y lie about 7-14 days pathetic service a guy by the name lereal mcludie who told me my phone was sent to their repairs now only today they are sending my phone n they are telling me about job numbers and a bunch of ****</p>
