Review #2 about pathetic Cell C service - AND STILL NO RESPONSE OR FEEDBACK!!!

After my Hello Peter review regarding my deceased husband's account still being debited and no response after I sent the documents to the correct department over the span of 3 months. Cell C rep**** to Hello Peter asking me to forward the documents AGAIN TO ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS. Documents sent AND NO RESPONSE AGAIN!!!!!!!! I did however receive a threatening Cell C Debt collection email regarding my husband's account a few minutes ago. Cell C are you seriously this clueless and useless?

NOT EVEN COMPLAINING ON HELLOPETER HELPS PEOPLE - Stay away from this provider - they will take your money and don't give a damn about customers.
