reverse incorrect data purchase
I incorrectly purchased R1999 data i asked cellc to reverse it they said its a 50/50 chance, i am sure there is a solution to reverse this incorrect purchase.

It was bought via my capitec app. I contacted my bank and they said I must take it up with cellc.... cellc told me it's a 50/50.
