RETURNED PHONE- BILLED- REFUND REQUESTED 4 WEEKS

Hi,<br> <br> Please note before you contact me check on your side what exactly happened and check all the queries I logged before calling me on the landline because we dont have good cell reception ***.<br> <br> I sent back a phone and have been billed for it all proof has been emailed about a month ago last i heard the request has been handed in for pay out as I insisted in paying me cash back and not a credit on my account. About two weeks ago last word was request has been sent for payout to finance department they will keep in touch..<br> <br> Yet, nothing yet. I have 3 contracts left if you want to keep me as a client and not let me go to the newspapers about your **** service then i want my money in my bank account this week NO LATER I waited long enough already. I will not accept anything else!! This is not the first query i sent its been a couple since i have been with you and since i started all service received was lots of promising but no help at all. <br> <br> If no one contacts me within the day, I will make sure your bad service is spread I promise you Im done with this pathetic service. worst.. several promised service and none delivered. DISGUSTED!! And False advertising!!!
