Returned fone but still being called about a bill

I took out a contract but returned the fone the next day because it was not the colour i WANTED AS IT WAS VIA THE CALL CENTRE. Now Im being called and harrased about a contract that doesnt exist for a measly R44. can someone please sort this out and I hope this has not affected my credit record or I will take it to the Ombuds
