Returned both my device with broken back covers

On the 16 November booked both my Nokia Lumia 730 for repairs. Received a quote from the repair center and had to call in for c surance in order for them to make payment on my behalf as both my device was covered. First thing which made me un well was the response from the consultant as I was told that my name is not appearing from the system. Thanks to hellopeter as my complaint was handed over to a lady by the name of Natasha Carr. Whom she handled the whole scenario with capable and caring hands. Received both my device on the 15 December 2015. Now the thing is both my devices came back with broken back covers. The is a lady whom called on the very same day I went to collect my devices and told her about the issue with the back covers. She promised to resolve the issue. Today the date is 23 December and I've heard no correspondence from anyone. The promise of any enterprise is to satisfy the need and wants of customers.
