Return policy a sham
I upgraded in the beginning of the month. A day after I received my upgrade, I phoned Cell C to inform them that I was not happy with the phone I received, which falls in the 7 day return policy. I was switched between this person and that person. None of them could help me. every time I selected option 2 to get through the correct department, the call would be dropped. I sent a mail with all my details etc. Guess what, I still have not received a single call from them. I have been a loyal customer for years, but I am extremely disappointed with the service I received or should I say non-service. Be warned, the 7 day return policy is a sham.
