Return of a dead phone

Good day to all,

I booked my phone in for repairs about eight months ago. My reason was that I was experiencing software problems. The device was sent back and forth the whole time and was never getting fixed (THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ). I later called the repair centre who is claiming that the sim card reader is now damaged, however I never used the phone for eight months. When I heard the phone is back at the shop after the period of eight months, the phone I received was COMPLETELY DEAD. I was willing to let this go and use the phone with the software problem. I still have 8 months left on this contract which I have to pay for, except now my phone is DEAD and it was never dead when I booked it in. The best off all is the CELL C claims that I physically damaged the phone, so please can CELL C tell me how I could've damaged the phone when I never had it and now I got it back and it's completely dead. This type of service is insane, surely you cannot think that I am crazy to expect some consilation for handing in a working phone, but getting a dead one back???? WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!!!!

I WOULD LIKE SOME FEEDBACK PLEASE????
