Retentions Department Mistake

Last year september i called in to change my two numbers in prepaid. Upon ending the call with the gent who assisted me - he confirmed that both numbers will be changed to prepaid by 15.10.2016 & that my final payment will be on the 15.10.2016 for data / sms's for this number. Needless to say, only one number was changed to prepaid - the other number: ********** 157 was not. And I am now being billed 110.00 November & December for this number. I called in last week monday / tuesday - to be told that the calls will be drawn to see if I did in fact ask for both numbers to be changed. What a cheek? No one came back to me - and on saturday 14.01.2017 I get an sms on number ********** 157 advising that number will be cancelled on 31.01.2017 & final invoice will be received for that period. Not acceptable. I must now pay because original instruction was not followed & still no one has come back to me. I called into Cell C this morning - only to be told all managers & team leaders are in a monday morning meeting until 11:00. I dont often complain - but I am sorry - when I as a customer have done all that is required - but still end up being short of pocket because SOMEONE did not do their job? I would like to hear the telephone call recordings on this matter.

Hi, I was contacted & advised that I would be refunded 110.00 - to date this has not been done. I have received a statement - but low and behold cannot open the statement due to new software that Cell C is using called "info Slip" - when calling in - the advisor could not give me help on how to use this software. So i am once again sitting on the line with Cell C for 7 minutes and counting trying to get some customer assistance,

I will never ever conduct business with cellc again - i just want my refund so that i can take my business elsewhere please.

After 18 minutes on the phone with Cell C - no one can help me & just keeps me on hold. I have the time that this call was made & the time it was ended as well as what number this call came from. I am keeping my evidence. I should not have to phone around just to get my refund & should not have to battle to view my statement JUST because cell c does not have customer centric software at their disposal. Can the person who contacted me originally in relation to this complaint - call me urgently.

Please note, you were not promised of a refund but a credit note, which is not allocated into your bank account but into your Cell C account.

We have requested the consultant who contacted you initially to assist with this matter.

If my account with you is closed - what is a credit note going to help me? And if i cannot open my invoice through your infor slip - then how do i see this. Please ensure i am contacted today

Your reply is not very customer centric to say the least, and i would love to know what a credit note is going to do for me, I would also just like to remind Cell C - that this complaint was not due to my own error - if you review my originaly complaint you will note that your call center failed to cancel the contracts as at 15.10.2016 as requested - i am having to do all the admin in getting this sorted out.
