Retentions department
Extremely poor services, the retentions department is useless. Utterly disappointing. Requested for a new contract and the wrong device was delivered, I returned it and called retentions department for assistance and I'm told is the case will be escalated for over 2 weeks I have been hearing the same story and I'm continuing to pay for the contract. Really poor services.
