Retentions

I've called in the Cell C Retentions department in July to cancel one of my data contracts, they gave me an amount to pay and an email address to send proof of payment and contract will be settled, now at the end of the month they just deducted the settlement amount from the monthly fee and I haven't even used that contract at all.

Please can you refund what is owed to me and you can follow up with the call centre on when I called and listen to what was discussed as all calls are recorded by Cell C.

Terrible service I got a call last week about this matter after noticing the contract was still active, gave the consultant the ref numbers and heard nothing back.
