Retention Department MIA

I have tried at least 8 times to reach cell c's retention department in the last week and a half to have a contract terminated. The contracts department transfers me and then the line gets cut every single time. I was then advised to call the number if the line gets cut and the number does not get me to the retention department, instead the call immediately gets dropped. I have never spent so much time trying to terminate a service. This is atrocious to say the very least. I will never do any business with this company again. I will be disputing all additional transactions moving forward. Maybe that will get the company's attention. I'm utterly disgusted.
