Good day

I've called in 4 times today and to enquire about an upgrade on a number. They ask to perform a security check. Asking me when is my debit order and bank they debit from . I say I'm a cash payer . They ask again what was the bank I used before I answer and then I get told I'm failing security questions . 4 different consultants.
