I'm only resorting to this because your call centre is simply useless, sent from pillar to post just to close an account. My query is simple, I want to close my data line, ***, I have made the full payments already and sent the proof of payment to [Email Removed] Please assist me with this, I am not able to answer my phone during the day, please kindly communicate via email, [Email Removed]
