Retention
I recently brought a contract phone with cell c online. The phones were delivered but when I opened the package I realized I received a phone which I do not want. I would like to return the phones and get the phone I requested ( P8 lite) or cancel the contract.<br> <br> The call center agents have been giving me the run around since Monday, transferring me to the wrong Departments I have run out of patience as its only been a week and already the customer service is very bad.
