Good day

I am in the process of cancelling one my many cellphone contracts with Cell C, I have gone to the Kolande Mall branch and after waiting what seemed to be a very long time in a row I was told I was contact retensions directly.

All is well until you forget the number..... I as a normal person quickly log on the web and search for the retensions number......... you can get ever service under the sun except that number..... logon to self service...... also to no avail........ eventually after a lot of fustration phone through to customer service and get hammered with a lot of options of which none states retensions........ wait for a operator..... get the number thanks.

Now to find out they are closed. Thus I must pay another full month for a contact I dont use.

Can someone assist I feel it really unfair that due to poor mangement of resources the customer has to pay in,
