Respond but do not resolve
I wrote a report here on 29 April 2015 -Took my working modem stick in for software upgrade - then got a quote for a repair, phone the repair department to say it is only a software upgrade - they said the devices is faulty - they then send it back completely BROKEN - the device light is not even going on! I am so disgusted with cell C! My *** - Moses reponded twice but \ I am waiting for a reponse"- Last call almost two weeks ago! Yes you do respond but you do not resolve!!! <br> """
