RESOLVED ***** CASE BUT I AM STILL LISTED ON SAFPS FOR CELL C ***** CASES PREVENTING ME TO GET A BANK LOAD TO BUY A PROPERTY

Good day

I am applying for a home loan and now I can't get the loan because Cell C liste me on SAFPS for *****.

I had a case against Cell C for ***** as you loaded a contract on my account without my consent - this was resolved.

Further, you then started taking money from my account while I don't have a contract with Cell C. This was also resolved.

Please will you remove these cases from the system and send me a letter confirming it has been resolved. This is now affecting my other affairs.

Please attend to this urgently.
