Rescind a Contract
Misinformed by cell c. I need to Rescind a contract that was taken 3days ago on the 30/06/2024. As per the South African Customer protection Act a cooling off period for contracts are applicable within a specific timeframe. Why cant cell c resolve this issue? The call center tells me this is possible within 7days but needs to be done in store, In stores disputes.. No Joy from Cell c.
