Required phone out of stock, not getting assistanc

I am a former Cell C contract holder. Today I app**** for a new contract at the Cresta branch. I submitted all my documents, was approved, but the phone I requested was out of stock (Sony Xperia Z3 Compact). I was told that they (Cell C Cresta) would source the phone from another branch and call me to come collect later today. They never called. I called them to find out what was happening. They said they had been waiting for stock for more than a month and told me that they didn't know when they would get the phone (they told me they would get more info and call back. They didn't). I tried to hurry the process along by emailing Tsholofelo Leforo at the Buccleuch office (Direct Sales Agent) who said they could have the phone delivered within 3-7 working days, but that I have to resubmit my documents or go back to Cresta branch and tell them to email the documents to him... I AM NOT RUNNING AROUND AFTER YOUR STAFF BECAUSE THEY CAN'T COMMUNICATE AMONGST THEMSELVES. I am a CUSTOMER. If I don't get responded to asap I'll withdraw my application. The only reason I haven't already is because I'm tired of running around to get documents together.
