Requestion of Paid up letter

Last year reblake called on behalf of cell c to settle the balance whicch I did pay now the problem is I didn't get my paid up letter and its affecting my credit score.it keeps on saying arrears but I paid up all the balance

3 days ago Blake attorneys called me asking if I received my paid up letter coz all the collection was paid to cell c which I didn't receive via email its been 5 days now since I asked the letter and its really affecting my credit score

Can you please speed up the process before end of January?
