Requesting a copy of my contract - hardest thing in the universe

<p>I asked for a copy of my contract last Friday. First, I chatted with them on the website, so they say I must phone a number. I phone the number, and they say I must email them. I email them, and I get a response that the request has been escalated. I wait. I wait some more. I complain on Twitter. Someone phones me. He has the audacity to ask me why I want a copy of my contract. What the F has it to do with you dude?? He promises by end of the day. End of the day comes, nothing. End of the next day comes, nothing. It's now Thursday, and still nothing. Clearly it shouldn't be that hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My contract is up for renewal by the end of the year just so you know.</p>
