requested statement 26.5.15 still. waiting

Been having issues with statements and only receive some and then on the day payments are being deducted. Requested a statement showing where I currently stand and should I be in the arrears I would then pay. No response no statement and today services again suspended? Why can Cell c not do the basics as requested Or do they enjoy the extra R70.00 each time. Remember 10 contracts running on count down as previously stated they will nit be renewed due to this pathetic service. ***<br>
