Requested refund from cell c

I am Busisiwe DLAMINI ' I once have a contact with cell c of 2 years of the wi fi router. So I paid every month proberly I only got data 6 months after that they stop giving me data but keep on paying. Then it came to me to complain that why I am not getting data whereas I'm paying.their response was that they have no network since two months .then I requested them to concel the contract as I'm nolonger getting data. I got rude response from the different admins whenever phone. Theaten to blacklist my I'd an refused to cancel the contract. An I decided to pay without getting data until the contract is finished. But what worries I finished paying but they still add another money an I have all slips. Now I wanted help to get back all my money as our agreement was to pay an get data. Not paying without getting data. Also I have paid still keep on add new amount help help
