Request to cancel "Get It" subscription - now they call it Get More"!

During April 2016 I phoned Cell C and asked that the subscription to the Get It be cancelled and they requested that I phone the relevant department dealing with this on phone number 084 114 384. I did and I spoke to a person by the name of Jermaine who undertook to do the necessary to cancel the subscription and confirmed that I will no longer be debited R51.75 per month. When I received my next invoice I was again debited for Get It at T51.75. I phoned again and was told that it has defiitely "now" been cancelled and I will not be billed for it again. However, I still get debited for R51.75 per month (now it is called Get More!). I left messages for Jermaine to phone me back. He never phoned me and if he did "try"to get hold of me, he did a bad job of it, because no messages are left for me by him on my voicemail nor do I receive any emails from him confirming the cancellation.

I demand that Cell C re-imburse me the R51.75 debits which I had to pay to secure an open line. They must also send me a correct invoice for June 2016 whereby theR51.75 for the Get More is deducted, whereafter I will pay my account.

I suggest that they deduct the amounts debited for the Get It/Get More since the date I cancelled it up until now and render a fresh invoice.

Reviewer Update

1. Nobody from "Gt It" or "Get more" has contacted me.

2. I have still not received an amended tax invoice (I will pay my account once the tax invoice has been credited).
