Request to cancel GET IT

I have been trying since the beginning of this year to cancel my GET IT subscription with Cell C. I tried on the 17th of April again and made a note of the date in my diary. Since it was never cancelled I phoned them again on the 15th of October and this time spoke to Kathelego and was even given a reference number which is ***6. She undertook to cancel the subscription immediately and then to investigate why is was not cancelled on my previous requests. <br> <br> I phoned in today and was told by a call centre agent that the subscription still reflects on my account (account for November 2015)<br> <br> I now insist to be refunded for the months April - November 2015 and that subscription to be removed from my account immediately. It is impossible to get through to the number *** which I was given by the Cell C call centre for the GET IT/GET MORE division.
