Request for the clearance letter from cell c

i had a contact with cell c , that i canceled 6 years back . i went to capitec to apply for a loan and they said I owe cell c R42 .i paid them during lock down,i phoned them several times asking for the settlement letter and they said they were short staffed and they will send it . i waited till today nothing .this year in March i got my credit report and it shows that i owe cell c R142 ,i phoned them they said i owe them nothing and that i must call credit beraeu for settlement letter .i phoned Kudough they promised to help me ,they dedicated my money but my name has not been cleared. Please help
