Request for refund from Cell C

I have been in contact with Cell C about a *****ulent contract opening performed by one of their staff. Although the amount is not being debited from my account from the month of September 2023, no one has gotten back to me about the recovery of 5 to 6 months worth of debit orders. I was asked to submit bank statements months ago and have not received a response on the progress of the refund. ***** is a really serious offence and anything related to that should be taken with such seriousness. So disappointed in how Cell C has handled this matter. Case number ***
