REQUEST FOR COPY OF PROOF OF PURCHASE

This is a VERY BAD SERVICE received from Cell C and I am no longer using or taking any service from them because they don't really know customer service and professionalism. from the 06 June 2022 till today nobody can assist me with a copy of PROOF OF PURCHASE. Today i called again they just transfer and dropped my call without assisting me and even Danielle Paul (SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT CONSULTANT) has never called me to try and understand what I need and when i call her number is always going on voicemail. I have escalated several emails to customer service (***) email nobody is assisting me. I think this matter must be escalated to the OMBUDSMAN.
