Request for Contract confirmation letter

Hi,<br> I have never seen such disgusting service.I have been requesting a letter confirming cancellation of my contract as I have settled it and sent proof of payment to customer service.Seemingly this is a tricky situation for them, I have been calling wasting my time and money, every consultant sends me from pillar to post and they don't even know who must assist.I have been transferred to legal department which never answers their phone.Further details below, more than 48 hrs has lapsed people don't know what to do and I am not getting any response.I don't know if this rocket science.
