REQUEST FOR A PAID UP LETTER (CASE NO ***)
I have been requesting for a paid up letter from CELL C for the past month, they said it will take 2 working days. The contract has been paid up and cancelled but Cell c listed me that I owe them. I am very frustrated because even when you call their customer care line you get no assistance. Disappointing service, I will NEVER EVER use cell c again.
