Repulsive and poor service from Cell C - specifically Paul Mashabela

Apparently, only one individual at Cell C can unblock my number which they blocked in error!!. I have paid all amounts that were requested for me to pay in order to terminate Cell C worthless contract, instead of terminating my account, an individual by the name of Paul Mashabela blocked my number that I have had for more than a decade, MOVING TO CELL C WAS A BIG MISTAKE.

I have sent countless emails and spoken to various consultants from the cancellation department. Went to Hatfiled branch and the manager (Mahlogonolo Motaung) once again sent an email to this Paul Mashabela with proof of payments and to this day I am yet to receive a response from him.
