REPULSED

On the 16th of April i took my Samsung galaxy for repairs here at Heidelberg Cell C shop and i was told as soon as their done with it they will give me a call. Surely after a week I received a call from Cell C repairers calling me about the quote before they can repair it so because of the amount that was quoted i ask them not to fix but bring it back. The phone was returned a week after without the battery so I had to live it at the shop so they could find out what happened to the battery of the phone. I waited for weeks to hear from them but nothing came I went to the shop where I was told the battery is still not back ,then I decided to call the customer care line to inquire about it I was told the battery was sent back to Heidelberg on the 04 of May I went back to the Cell shop I was told that there is no delivery from Cell C repairs on their side but will give me a call once they have my battery back. To this day I'm still waiting for that call and my phone without a battery. I'm still paying for damn phone
