Report / block ****** device - struggling

My Ipad was ****** on the 22nd of May 2015. Since then I have been attempting to report and block the number with Cell C, and to get my ITC number. On thursday, the consultant I have spoken with said that I would receive the ITC number via SMS within 2 days. This morning I phoned again, and now I'm being told that I have to go into a cell c store to fill out some forms, then it would be faxed to the call centre, and then I will have to wait a few MORE days before I receive an ITC number???!!!!
