Please note that i have no record of receiving any calls from you, not even a miss call notification and even though my sim has been giving me trouble i have been receiving calls just fine. I was required to do a sim swap and rica my sim all over again even though i rica'd when i purchased the sim card 4 years ago. I need an explanation from cell c as the customer care told me on the system that there was no problem with my number but on my side it was not allowing to make phone calls. Cell C informed me that they will contact me to resolve this matter but i received no calls or any help, it was 1 week that i was left without my cell and then i had to purchase a simcard and do a simswap and do a rica all over again which made miss my work and run around all over the place. Could you please provide me with an explanation for this, and an explanation for the terrible service i have received.
