REPLACEMENT DEVICE

I wrote about CellC and how unhappy I was with their process regarding my Laptop and contracts.

I was assisted after this review and i received a replacement laptop today the 30 august at 12:00.

Not long when I switched the laptop I get an error message from which reads: YOUR PC/DEVICE NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED.

What I don’t get is that this is a replacement which is supposed to be in working condition but not. I have no idea what to do now if these people are failing like this.
