Repeated Requests not fulfilled

<p>To whom it may Concern</p> <p>I have on numerous occasions, including writing a review on Hello Peter regarding the following, and yet CellC still do not bother to reply!!!!</p> <p>1.) I have requested Itemised Billing twice over the last 3 months and I am yet to receive an itemized billing statement.<br />2.) I was charged R411.50 for Smart Data Internet on my phone contract - ********** . I was also charged something like R500 last month for the same thing. I HAVE REPEATEDLY REQUESTED THAT CELL C delete any limits they have set on my account, to no avail. I only want to be allowed to use what is available on my package. <br />3.) I have repeatedly requested recurring WhatsApp on my contract ********** 888 and note that there are no charges going through my account for this. I want my recurring WhatsApp sorted out please!<br />4.) Any limits which have been set on my data contract ********** must also be removed. I only want to be allowed to use my 10 gigs daytime data and 0 gigs night time data. Once that is depleted I will phone if I want to purchase once off data. I do not want to receive these astronomical bills exceeding R1000 monthly. Its ludicrous. I want to control my expenditure and don't need cell c giving me limits to allow usage over and above what is allowed on both my contracts.</p> <p>I would appreciate it if you could please intervene on my behalf. I continuously have issues with cell c and the staff don't seem to know what they are doing there.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wrote to ICASA on saturday as well which is the complaints address cell c provide and they havnt even acknowledged or rep**** to my complaint.</p>
