Repeated requests for correct statement
Can a competent person from accounts please contact me urgently, dealing with the call center proved to be fruitless after several tries.
If the agent can stop reciting protocols and listen carefully to the request I am sure it can get resolved quickly

18 Mar 2022, 13:26So after requesting a competent person to assist with my 3 week long query, I get the below response - what does one have to do with the other? when I called the call center, I am asked for the number the query is related to and yet they still call an incorrect number to assist me, with something I never asked assistance for???? How hard can it be to resolve such a simple query????
