Repeated "repairs" but still no service

I signed up with Greencom for fibre to the home in 2017. The service went fairly well until the contract was taken over by Cell C. In 2018 - as soon as Cell C took over the contract, my service had constant interruptions and most evenings had no connectivity at all until October 2018 when the service went down completely. Despite numerous calls, each time I called, Cell C would advise that they query has been resolved and each time I advised them that it has not. I paid for October 2018. My line went down in October 2018. Eventually, after numerous fights and calls, a Metro Fibre technician called me on 11 December 2018 advised that he got a call from Cell C. He came out and advised of a break in the cable which he subsequently repaired. My line was subsequently restored in December 2018. I received a bill for the entire three months that I had no service. I have been emailing Cell C at ********** with absolutely no comeback. I called again this morning only to be told that they line was restored each time and that the call out on the 11th was a "new" fault. I was further advised that there is another reference number which I did not give him. I requested the number and then became agitated and put down the phone. I asked if they could advise why it was then that no data was used from October to 11th December. The consultant on the line was quite rude and is adamant that my bill is correct. This despite not having service from October to December. I subsequently today sent an email advising them to cancel my service. I advised that the bill is incorrect and requested that they correct the bill.
