REPEATED HARASSMENT

<p>I am a Cell C customer and my contract is coming to an end shortly.</p> <p> </p> <p>As such I have the opportunity to elect to upgrade my handset. As a result I started receiving marketing phone calls about three months ago, where Cell C tried to convince me to upgrade my contract and handset. Initially (the first two or three calls) I simply said I am not interested right now and I will relook at my situation later in the year.</p> <p> </p> <p>After about four calls I requested that Cell C not contact me again in order to attempt to convince me to upgrade and formally requested that my name be removed from the their telemarketing list. I have also done this on several occassions since.</p> <p> </p> <p>Depsite the above formal request I have since received at least three phone calls every week, often more than once on the same day.</p>
