REPAIRS WITH C SURANCE

<p>I gave in two phones for repairs with Cell C Menly on 07/06, over a month ago. I have cover with Cell C (C Surance). The two companies have sent me back and forth for weeks and I have propably phoned them each about 20 times, since sending these phones I have yet to receive one single update. </p> <p>I am totally at my wits end with these insurance repairs after being promised the whole process will take 21 working days. I honestly cannot believe that companies like this exist.</p>
