Repairs taking too long

Hi<br> <br> My cellphone fell and the screen got damaged. I sent it for repairs through a Cell C shop located on West Street (Durban), ref no. PRE713950, 4th February 2016.<br> <br> My phone was received Cell C repair center on the 9th, Ref CLC***. It's now day 19 and my phone hasn't been fixed.<br> <br> I called Customer Services and the Repairs center to follow up.But seemingly nobody has straight answers for me. <br> <br> I spoke to a consultant last week by the name of Kirt. He told me I'll have the device no later than this week. I called in again, same guy denies existence of such a conversation.<br> <br> Should I take the legal route to get my device back?<br> <br> <br>
