Repairs takes 5- 8 weeks and no other phone!

I addressed an issue with my iPhone 6. The phones speakers are not working properly and I have to make calls all the time on laud speaker.<br> <br> I asked Cell C for another phone while they send it in but they said because I'm op TOPUP this is not available for me. Now point is it is still the same amount I am paying as when I would have been on my straight contract. I even spend lots and lots more! <br> <br> Cell C has disappointed me and I can not give my phone in without getting another one in the mean time! I pay a lot of money each month R1000+ and still you can not asset me. Cell C is not know for this ****! <br> <br> Please help me Cell C
