Repairs/ Ref Pre612904/ Pre604853

i am very upset by the attitude i get from repairs regarding repairing of my two phones. your staff at Repairs especially Mathew and Mpumi are very bad with service because they were suppose to fix m phones and only one was brought back with the same problem and i wonder what you Cell c repairs fixed. No apology whats ever from cell c for the inconvenience or not even to say will speed up the process since the phone was send to you without been fixed. i am not about to wait for another 21 working days for you to fix your own mess. since the phone is with you for the second time i expect it to take priority. You need to teach your repairs staff except for Mvumi for attitude training as they don't know how customer service is like and been a person that works with clients i know first hand how it should be. How hard is to just fix two phones or keep the customer in the loop, hell for even offering loan phones for customer because your repairs Sucks!!!
