Repairs not bringing my phone back

<p>Good day please assist</p> <p>I took my phone in for repaired about 2 months back & i declined the code for the phone because they said the problem is the battery so they had to bring the phone back, but every time i call to find out why the phone is not back, they telling they will dispatch it they give me the same excuse please assist</p>
